About This Rental Package
This package allows you to create and list your property across various platforms, such as realestate.com.au, domain.com.au, rent.com.au, and more. Once your listing is ready, you can publish it whenever you choose. After publishing, you can easily log into your Property24 account to make updates, and those changes will be automatically synced across all websites showcasing your property.
When potential tenants express interest, you'll receive SMS and email notifications with their contact details in just a few minutes. These details will also be stored in the ‘Enquiries’ section of your account. Tenants can also submit complete rental applications via the 2Apply system, which processes them instantly and sends you a copy within five minutes, at any time of day.
If you’d like a ‘For Rent’ sign, you can add it to your order during sign-up for $45, which includes shipping. A preview of the sign will be provided during the sign-up process.
Please enter your preferred invoice address during sign-up. This address does not need to match the property address you're renting out, which can be added later after setting up your account. All invoices will be sent via email.
