This house was our home for 12 years and we’ve recently renovated it, replacing the carpet and flooring and updating the kitchen and renewing the pergola and deck. It’s a beautiful house with expansive light filled living areas which would suit a family who enjoy being at home. The bedrooms are generous sized with built in robes. The large, rambling garden has a number of fruit and nut trees including a lemon, a cherry, a plum, and a grove of 8 hazel trees.

We manage the property and are seeking long term tenants who we can have a good relationship with. We will be using the half of the shed for storage and need occasional access to it.
