Who is able to solve maintenance issues (that will definitely come up) on their own.
It is essential to have an those type of skills for living in this space.

It's fairly rustic but offers plenty of sun.
It's got round shape yurt (about 6 metres in diameter), separate bedroom, decking with under cover cooking space.

Outside shower and composting toilet

We are looking for very clean folks to live in our complete off grid cabin.

We hope to connect with like minded people who have strong community sense but also enjoy their privacy.

It's located on the property of 33 flood free acres.

There is community garden area, also veggie patch next to the cabin

Powered by the sun and water from the permanent (clean) Creek/ Rain.

Gas cooking and hot water.

Please note the cabin doesn't have fire place/ insulation

Located on the hills of Goonengerry which is 15 minutes from Mullum.

The place is fairly petite but got beautiful character

Please note- living on the land requires constant input. There are areas that need to be maintained on weekly basis.
